City of Dreams Sri Lanka Announces Walk-In Recruitment Campaign for Hospitality and Gaming Roles

The highly anticipated opening of City of Dreams Sri Lanka this year is set to revolutionize Sri Lanka’s entertainment and tourism landscape. In gearing up for a grand opening in mid-2025, the landmark development announces its recruitment campaign to fill key positions across hospitality and gaming.
With a promise to set a new standard in luxury and entertainment, the newest resort in the city will feature the premium luxury hotel brand Nuwa, and state-of-the art gaming facilities.
The luxury integrated resort will host walk-in interviews to offer career opportunities for those interested in a career in the hospitality and gaming industries, focusing on a variety of roles, including customer service, gaming operations, hotel management.
“City of Dreams Sri Lanka is more than just a resort – it is set to be a game changer in the hospitality and entertainment sectors,” said Sanchitha Uduwavidana, Director of Human Resources “We’re looking for talented, dedicated individuals who are ready to be part of a world-class team that will deliver an exceptional experience to our future guests. It is an exciting opportunity for those eager to make their mark in an innovative and fast-growing industry.” He adds that the recruitment drive will significantly contribute to the local economy and tourism sector.
The resort will be accepting walk-in applicants at the King’s Court of Cinnamon Lakeside, Colombo where hiring managers will be on hand to discuss career opportunities. Applicants are requested to bring their resumes on the following interview schedules:
Walk-in Interviews s (Hospitality): February 5 to 7, 7:30 AM to 3 PM;
Walk-in Interviews s (Gaming): February 16,17, 19 & 20, 7:30 AM to 3 PM.
