Colombo Coffee CEO Kushan Samararatne Triumphs at CPM Leadership Awards 2025

Colombo Coffee Company continues to shine under the visionary leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Kushan Samararatne, who added yet another milestone to the company’s journey of success.
At the Management Leadership Excellence Awards 2025 organized by CPM Sri Lanka,one of the most prestigious recognitions in the corporate sector, Mr. Samararatne was honored with the Overall Silver Winner under the Corporate Management Level category. This remarkable achievement comes shortly after Colombo Coffee Company’s outstanding performance at the Best Management Practice Company Awards, where the company secured five accolades, including the coveted Overall Silver Award and Leadership Excellence in Best Management Practices awarded to Mr. Samararatne.
In addition to the Overall Silver recognition, Mr. Samararatne also emerged as the Winner in the Manufacturing (Food and Beverage) Category under the Corporate Management Level, as well as the Winner in the Sustainability & Circular Economy Category under the same level. The competition this year was particularly fierce, with 128 of the nation’s top leaders vying for recognition.
